At The KapdaKart, we take pride in delivering quality unstitched suits. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we’re here to help.
Returns & Replacements
We offer return or replacement only if the product you received is:
Damaged
Defective
Wrong item sent
To be eligible for a return/replacement:
You must raise a request within 3 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, unstitched, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
How to Request a Return or Replacement
Email us at thekapdakart@gmail.com with:
Order ID
Clear photos/videos of the damaged/defective item
Our team will verify the issue and guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you may be asked to provide bank details or UPI ID for the refund.
Important Notes
We do not accept returns for reasons like color variation or change of mind, as minor variations in fabric color may occur due to lighting or screen settings.
Custom-stitched or altered products are not eligible for return or refund.
Return shipping details will be provided upon approval of your request.
